So we need to maintain academic performance without getting stressed, we should do the followings:

•Limit distraction to create a conductive stuft environment and turn off notifications on devices to maintain focus
•Stay healthy we should prioritize sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Physical well-being significantly impacts mental clarity and stress levels.
•Stay connected build a support system of friend, family or study group sharing concerns and collaborating can relieve pressure.
You can enhance your academic performance while minimizing stress, remember that academic performance is just one aspect of life. Maintain a balance by engaging in hobbies and social activities.
